Clients agree that schedule changes do not constitute breach of contract and do not entitle the client to compensation or refunds.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and project
Ensure safe and reasonable access to work areas
Remove or protect furniture, wall hangings, and personal belongings
Secure pets away from work zones
Notify us of any known hazards, lead-based paint, asbestos, or restrictions

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or rescheduling fees.

Payment Terms

Materials, Paint, and Color Selection

Clients are responsible for approving all colors, finishes, and materials before work begins. Color samples viewed digitally or in-store may appear different once applied due to lighting, surface texture, and surrounding colors.

Once paint has been applied, color changes requested by the client may result in additional labor and material charges. Billings Paint Pros is not responsible for manufacturer defects or discontinued products.

Workmanship Warranty

Billings Paint Pros provides a limited workmanship warranty as outlined in writing. This warranty covers defects directly related to application under normal conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and aging
Moisture intrusion or water damage
Structural movement or settling
Improper surface maintenance
Damage caused by third parties, weather, or accidents
Pre-existing surface defects

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period and allow reasonable access for inspection and repair.
